I\'m an HR Business Partner at Innomotics Italy, where I manage the full spectrum of HR activities: from onboarding to training, from contracts to safety, from supporting managers to coordinating with external providers, including payroll).My role also has a strong international dimension: I work daily with the global P&O team to adapt HR guidelines and processes to the Italian context, ensuring consistency and practicality. I translate global policies into real, actionable practices that actually work for people and for the business.I like HR when it’s truly useful – when it helps people work better, clears up doubts instead of creating them, and provides structure without getting in the way.I always try to balance rules with common sense, processes with relationships – but the keywords in my work are attention and listening.
