ABOUT GAIA MARSILI

My favourite part of my role at Baxter is supporting people to boost their careers and be able to discover and develop their talents. I love partnering with the business especially finding the right talent for the right job! I am interested in human resources digital transformation, led by data-driven strategies so that we can promote cultural and technological change. In my spare time, I like doing sports, I used to be a gymnast, and I’m currently a yoga enthusiast. Spending time with family is important, as is going on long walks with my gorgeous little dog, Nina. At Baxter, I’m so proud to work at the critical intersection where innovations that save and sustain lives support the healthcare providers who make it happen. My role as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Baxter is varied and interchangeable. I have recruited professionals for our commercial headquarters in Italy and Malta\'s plants. Now I am focusing on finding the best talent for great positions in our Thetford Manufacturing and Compundounding facilities in the UK.
