Developing and overseeing all tour operations for Eating Europe in Florence. Identifying new market trends and designing new tours tours and other activities. Personally lead tours and recruit, hire, train and manage new tour guides. Managing new and existing partnerships. Negotiate optimum rates and conditions with partners and suppliers and work closely with them to ensure quality. Receiving booking requests from customers, tour operators and travel agents, convert leads and organising activities accordingly. Grow the city to its full potential in terms of number of guests, revenue generation and profitability Monitoring sales targets and ensure company stays on track to meet goals. Identify and partner with local stakeholders and third parties to increase sales and strengthen the Eating Europe brand
