During my current working experience, I had the chance to support the business in the following areas: contracts draft, negotiation and finalization and in the procurement of certain ICT Services within the Connected Car and E-Mobility Projects; support in negotiating and drafting data monetization agreements, with a focus on Data Privacy and ICT Security issues; legal assistance for the provision of connected services to final customers, taking into account consumers protection laws.Moreover, in the past years, I developed specific experience on draft and negotiations of AMS, Advisory, Licensing and Cloud services agreements and assistance to internal ICT organization in suppliers’ management, and also in supporting financial services factoring operations in drafting and harmonizing agreements with Banks.
