As my career as a student progresses at Indiana University Bloomington there are main qualities that stick out about me. I have a passion for being an outgoing leader that puts others first. My future career is undecided at the time, however, I feel that these characteristics can be used in an array of ways.Giving back to Riley Hospital for Children is very important to me as I have been involved in their Dance Marathon for over six years. I enjoy acting selflessly and giving back to people that have given so much to me.My passion for leadership strives from my years in team sports as well as my time as a chair on the Indiana University Dance Marathon. I emphasize participative leadership to ensure that every voice is heard.Outgoing tendencies help me connect with other people. They allow me to prosper in unknown situations by communicating easily with a variety of people. It also allows open communication due to a welcoming personality.
