I oversaw the construction of the project and now have 20 years of continuous energy experience working around the world on hundreds of energy projects. Project types include PV, CPV, CSP trough & tower, thermal & chemical energy storage, enhanced geothermal, RNG and WTE projects (LFG upgrading & anaerobic digesters).PARTNER ENGNINEERING AND AFFILIATES - A multi-disciplined engineering and consulting firm with over 40 offices and 1,500 employees across North America and Europe. In 2017 I started and now manage the renewable energy division providing Independent Engineering with SureBuild, a unique at-risk insurance backed project completion program. Additional services include Owner’s Rep, Site & Project Development, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural & Civil Engineering, Geotech, Surveys, Environmental, Valuations, Appraisals and Cost Segregation studies.ABOVEGRID, LLC - A renewable energy company formed to develop and construct distributed generation PV solar projects for a major utility company. In 2019 I started and then managed this joint venture company on behalf of Partner Engineering who provided dedicated technical support to ABOVEgrid.G2SPECTRA, LLC - Formed in 2012 as the exclusive investment manager for renewable energy investments at the largest university endowment in the world. I started and managed this highly specialized investment and project development company, including all foreign subsidiaries and holdings.BROADLANDS FINANCIAL GROUP - A Zurich spinoff providing consulting and risk management services to owners, developers, sureties, banks and investors. I worked on all aspects of launching and running this startup. My initial role was as VP of Operations where I developed and managed the core business providing project funds control and construction risk management services. My team of engineers and project finance professionals managed over $1 Billion dollars in project funds annually. I was promoted to SVP of Business Development where I built and managed national sales team. I then started the international division focused on providing highly specialized renewable energy services.Zurich N.A- Manager, Funds Control, Underwriting Engineering, Project Takeover & Completion for environmental & construction surety.RM SHOEMAKER - Construction Manager, an ENR top 200 CM firm.
