My business acumen was forged during the summers I spent working for my dad, hauling building materials across North Dakota and making hay on our family farm. These \"unpaid internships\" were my first exposure to entrepreneurship, where I learned to think creatively in solving problems and understood that sales transactions were the lifeblood of both our transportation company and farming operation. By the age of 10, I had absorbed three fundamental business principles: Client-Centric Decision-Making: Putting the client\'s needs first is the cornerstone of any successful business. The Value of Self-Education: Continuous learning outside of formal education is crucial for staying ahead in any industry. Sales as a Lifeline: In business, sales are not just a function—they are survival. This solid foundation, together with the Sales and Marketing training I received at North Dakota State University, opened doors to diverse opportunities around the world. My journey has taken me from teaching to marketing and selling professional development skills on an international scale and at universities across the U.S, all driven by an unrelenting passion for continuous self-education. Today, my focus has shifted to the commercial real estate industry, where I provide revenue-generating services for Asset Services Clients. Having recently obtained my commercial real estate broker’s license, I’m excited to explore opportunities in the acquisitions side of the industry, driven by the same entrepreneurial spirit and client-first approach that has guided me throughout my career.
