I bring a solution-driven approach to every job—balancing budgets, timelines, and quality control while leading teams with clarity and accountability.I started my career with Carbine & Associates, building high-end custom homes throughout Nashville, Franklin, and Brentwood, TN. That early experience grounded me in craftsmanship, detail-oriented project execution, and client-focused service.I then transitioned into commercial construction, managing fast-track CVS store renovations during the height of the pandemic. Working across the Southeast under tight schedules and strict safety requirements, I learned how to keep critical operations running while delivering high-quality results under pressure.I also contributed to the St. Regis Resort project on Longboat Key, a $350 million luxury hospitality development, where I supported teams in executing custom residential-level finishes at a high-end commercial scale—blending attention to detail with the demands of large-scale coordination.My skill set includes project scheduling, analytics, warranty management, subcontractor coordination, and effective communication across all levels. I’m proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore, BIM coordination, and creating 3D models and renderings for design visualization and planning.
