ABOUT GAGE DOLLAR

Upon joining the mortgage industry, I reflected on what it means to be a mortgage loan originator and why I would want to pursue this career. The more I searched for reasons why not to leave my current career with tons of promise, I only found more and more reasons to pursue a career that allowed me help people secure the American dream of homeownership, and that is why I am here today as a mortgage loan originator. Previously, I was a collegiate athlete who had a 4.0 GPA but was trying my best to pursue professional baseball. Due to COVID ending my final season at Alabama State University, I decided to jump into the workforce after graduating that year. I took a leap of faith and joined a Leadership Development Program at my local Chick-fil-A where I learned everything it takes to run a top tier business at one of the highest performing stores in the country. My store was top 5 out of over 2,700 Chick-fil-A\'s in many categories such as labor, productivity, and profit. On a personal level, I have a beautiful wife who was my high school sweet heart and just had our first son, Maddux. We also have a golden doodle named Roux who is spoiled rotten.
