As a Project Engineer, with my bachelor’s degree out of City College of New York, I brought my knowledge of Structural Engineering and my background in Surveying Technology to Big Apple Group in their construction services division.\\\\n\\\\nAt Big Apple I have learned in depth about structural and geotechnical engineering and instrumentation and the capabilities of the instrumentation equipment. Completing various designs and layouts, in addition to customizing structural and geotechnical instrumentation. In addition to the instrumentation, I was involved in various structural and geotechnical re-designs as the projects required.\\\\n\\\\nBig Apple Group has had an increase in demand for different structural and geotechnical instrumentation. I’ve implemented the use of several monitoring sensors such as, Automated Motorized Total Stations, Tilt Sensors, Vibration Sensors, Sound Level Sensors, Inclinometers, Strain Gauges and Piezometers for numerous projects in the Tri-state Area.\\\\n\\\\nWhile working at Big Apple Group I obtained many certificates to help facilitate work in the Construction services division and support the Inspections Department and Materials Testing Division. I’ve also worked on a number of design projects ranging from small scale structural designs for historic structures in Philadelphia all the way to larger retaining walls, and temporary shoring systems, as needed, throughout my tenure in the construction services division.\\\\n\\\\nAs my career has progressed, I am migrating to a supervisory role, overseeing various field technicians and checking their work as its completed in addition to my daily responsibilities.\\\\n\\\\nWorking at Big Apple, I\'ve been able to learn and apply new skills with my prior experience to real world civil construction projects.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
