ABOUT GAGANA ANANDA
I am currently pursuing a master\'s degree in Computer Science at Northeastern University, Boston, MA. Although I obtained a Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, my enthusiasm and passion have led me to explore the fascinating fields of data science, mobile application development, and cloud computing. Managing projects using these ideas during my internships provided me with a wealth of knowledge and practical experience. While working on a project involving industrial automation and maintenance, I explored insights about AWS. With my expertise in Java, Python, SQL, C, and Swift, I have masterfully cultivated my programming abilities. In addition, I have hands-on experience with a range of powerful development tools, including Xcode, UIKit, Eclipse, IntelliJ, MySQL Workbench, Android Studio, CLI, and Jupyter Notebook. I have had the privilege of serving as a Teaching Assistant for two esteemed courses at Northeastern University, Mobile Application Development (MAD) and Human-Computer Interactions (HCI). For MAD, I\'ve excelled at mentoring undergraduate and graduate students in iOS app development, utilizing advanced tools like Xcode, UIKit, and Swift, fostering creativity, and facilitating knowledge sharing through evaluations and interactive sessions. In my role as an HCI TA, I\'ve dived into the intricate principles of HCI, guiding undergraduates in their projects and assignments, bridging the gap between technology and user experience. These dual roles have allowed me to contribute significantly in both fields. I have also been engaged in remarkable projects, including analyzing text generation models for a genre-based movie dialogue generator and creating an effective carpooling system. Additionally, I created the \'Wander Lust\' Android App, which allows travelers to document and share their journeys. During my undergraduate studies, my team and I worked on a significant project centered around the Internet of Things. This project provided us with valuable experience in both hardware design and software development. My long-term objective is to advance in the technical profession as a software architect.
