Analysis of support request, completion of requests for information and documentation.•Following the documentation to troubleshoot authentication related issues related to LDAP, RADIUS, SSO. configuring and troubleshooting Firewall High Availability, Interface aggregation (LAG), traffic logging, SD-WAN,IPSECand SSLVPN, Web Application firewalls, Session stats, Performance stats, DNS,SNMP integration with monitoring tools, CPU and Memory resources.•Recommend actions based on network topology analysis & problem description related to network issues. •Provide technical solutions to clients per the SLA. •Reproduction of customer environments in LAB Environment.•Follow upper the SLA on technical cases, deal with escalation and manage the right expectation until the closure of cases.•Take initiatives and ownership of problem to drive for results•Recommending corrective actions based on gathered data and its analysis.•Collection and analysis of customer network information as well as of packet tracing.•Configuring, troubleshooting, and diagnosing full range of Fortinet Network Security Fabric products (Fortigate, Fortiwifi, FortiAP, Fortiswitch) •Analyzing network traffic using Fortinet built-in sniffer tool and Wireshark to troubleshooting problems.Route the ticket as desired per the Follow the Sun Expectations.•Assisting clients to configure Firewall, VPN, UTM (Antivirus/Antispam, Web/Email Filtering, Application Control, Data Leak Prevention, and Intrusion Prevention) features to ensure solid network security.•Provide troubleshooting help regarding routing issues with policy routes, BGP, OSPF, Virtual Ips, DNAT, SNAT.•Assisting clients to create remote access VPNs during the Pandemic situations; SSL VPN, Dialup IPSec VPN. •Communicating with customers to assist them resolving their network related problems and updating regarding technical documentation, release nots, KB articles.
