   Automated key HR processes, including paperwork reminders, onboarding, orientation, scheduling, and interview workflows using VBA and Microsoft Power Platform- Designed optimal data structures and dimensional models to streamline ETL workflows for employee information management on a local SQLite database. Automated historical data integration from HRIS (TriNet) Warehouse to SQLite database utilizing VBA and Python- Performed exploratory data analysis (EDA) on real-time and historical datasets to detect anomalies and trends with Excel and Python. Developed predictive models for employee attrition, turnover, overtime, and performance metrics using classification algorithms and batch gradient descent techniques- Presented insights through dynamic visualizations and dashboards on key metrics and KPIs such as DEI, engagement, turnover, performance management, and reviews, using Power BI- Designed and launched multiple HR-centric websites, including hubs for cultural celebrations, events, training, local eateries, and blogs. Utilized the Power Platform and Javascript to craft intuitive newsletters, hubsites, and subsites, resulting in marked improvements in departmental engagement- Utilized advanced boolean search methodologies to quickly source and secure top-tier talent at multiple metropolitan cities around the world (NYC, LA, Paris, London) as per emergent organizational needs.
