Key responsibilities Managing and maintaining the Flipkart hubs IT infrastructure, including servers, storage devices, networking equipment, and virtualization platforms, to ensure uptime, availability, and resource optimization. Planning and executing system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities in coordination with hub team of Flipkart, minimizing downtime and disruption to business operations.Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive inventory of all IT assets owned, leased, or used by the organization, including hardware components (e.g, computers, servers, networking equipment) and software licenses.Analyzing system performance metrics and conducting performance tuning activities to optimize resource utilization, improve efficiency, and enhance overall system performance.Providing training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to other IT staff members to build technical expertise and enhance team capabilities.Coordinating the allocation, deployment, and provisioning of IT assets to end-users or departments based on their roles, responsibilities, and resource requirements, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
