   Worked on designing, executing, and analyzing experiments/projects to develop advanced CMP processes to meet technology (e.g. performance, yield, and reliability) and manufacturing (e.g. process stability, cost reduction) targets in 3-14 nm process nodes. Drove process qualifications by collaborating with integration and defect metrology teams in FINFET/GAA flow, driving defect reduction and improving process capability (CpK) to meet process milestones for different layers. Improved process robustness for high volume manufacturing using statistical tools (SPC/PCSA), DOE techniques, FMEA, root cause analysis, data-driven decision making, and systematic problem-solving skills. Trained new hires and helped certify them at various levels in their career in the CMP division. Day to day responsibilities included sustaining the production line, owning the process spec, layer ownership, qualifying equipment and software upgrades, daily SPC monitoring, and troubleshooting for process and tool marginality in high volume manufacturing.
