As the Multi-Brand Manager at L\'Oréal, I oversee the strategic direction and performance of a portfolio of prestigious beauty brands within our LUXE division. My responsibilities span across several renowned counters, including Lancôme, Armani Beauty, Urban Decay, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, Kiehl\'s and IT Cosmetics. In addition to managing these iconic beauty brands, I am also responsible for the full suite of designer fragrances under the L\'Oréal umbrella including Prada, Mugler, Maison Margiela, Vikor & Rolf, Diesel, Valentino, Miu Miu & Azzaro. I work closely with cross-functional teams to execute key marketing initiatives, elevate customer experiences, and deliver measurable results that align with both short-term and long-term business objectives.My role is a dynamic blend of brand management and retail strategy allowing me to continually refine and elevate the L\'Oréal LUXE portfolio while championing the company\'s commitment to beauty, luxury, and excellence.
