ABOUT LIA ZOPPI

I am currently in the final seat of my training contract at DAC Beachcroft LLP, where I have returned to Commercial Real Estate. Prior to this I completed seats in the Professional & Commercial Risk team and Clinical Risk, with a secondment to Practice Plus Group where I worked with their legal team. Prior to my training contract I was involved in establishing a law firm, Zoppi & Co. Here I worked with the director to secure clients and complete managerial tasks. I also handled my own case load, where I acted for buyers in M & As and drafted a variety of commercial contracts and advised on corporate procedure. I graduated with a first class honours in Scottish and English law from the University of Strathclyde, with an Erasmus semester at the University of Copenhagen. I went on to complete my LPC at BPP University where I graduated with distinction.I am a hard working and determined lawyer, who constantly strives for excellence in everything I do. I work well under pressure and use my own initiative to overcome problems.
