Multi and cross skilled IT Manager, I gained extensive experience in IT management working for several multinational Companies, such as Sofinter, SVP Europe, Coty, Calvin Klein Cosmetics (Unilever) and JDEdwards Italia. I ensured very good performance of IT services and successfully completion of Projects within international organizations by leading several ERP platforms in implementation, integration and support.The consolidated knowledge of Processes in the main Business areas makes me lead excellent relationships with the Management at any level and grants the ability to reorganize even the most compromised process.The considerable organizational skills developed managing international teams and the constant target-oriented, make me handle resources at the best, guiding and motivating them up to the goal.The strong command of English and Italian languages, the deep experience gained in professional relationships and bargaining with Vendors and Customers, complete my profile revealing it particularly suitable even in complex organizations, where the willingness to travel is fundamental.Looking for a new, challenging managerial position, one that will make best use of my existing attitudes also further my personal development and even more important professional goals, even if it would require relocation.
