ABOUT GAETANO MINEO
I’m Gaetano Mineo, Event Manager, Producer and Administrative specialist, skilled in back office and administration tasks, with a penchant in MICE and corporate events, meetings and conferences, with over 4 years of hands-on experience and two specialized Master’s degrees in Event Management.I started my career working as Administrative Secretary during summer holidays in different agencies in my town, then I started to work in the events industry from 2015 to 2019. From 2021 to 2024, due to the pandemic, I entered a different field and founding an IT support company in my city, as administrator/store manager, with a strong registered customers base. In 2024, I entered the corporate events sector, working with some big companies.My skills cover the entire event process, from strategy to production to on-site management of the event and team. I’m also experienced in administration tasks like accounting/finance, logistic management, advanced use of CRM, CMS, Microsoft Office 365, Google Suites, logistics management programs and offline and online customer support. I have a good knowledge of AI apps, using them frequently both for work and for my daily activities.
