ABOUT GAETANO LORUSSO

I am an International Sales Director, with twenty four years of experience in the furniture industry matured into a solid business reality where I have held several positions both in Italy and abroad. Thanks to my strong knowledge of the dynamics of foreign markets, I have also coordinated the start-up of the Brazilian plant of the Group. My main activities range from the management of sales and budget processes to the coordination of markets as well as customer retention. I have always organized work by objectives, aimed at increasing business opportunities, involving and motivating my staff appropriately, by assigning to communication and relationship a major role, constantly interacting with people of different cultures and different levels. Achievements are the result of my technical and managerial skills matured over the years, but also of my personal characteristics and attitudes such as: simple ideation, high initiative, autonomy and ability of stress management, strategic skills required for the role.
