Sole HR representative supporting a workforce of 300 employees, overseeing all functions from recruitment to compliance-Manage and optimize Paycom HRIS, including ATS, ACA, Time Management, Payroll, 401(k), and Benefits- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, hiring 300+ Delivery Associates, and ensuring compliance with Amazon DSP standards- Redesign and lead onboarding and orientation processes to ensure consistency, engagement, and regulatory compliance- Maintain 100% I-9 compliance, and process garnishments, agency requests, and employment verifications- Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation to streamline workflows, and ensure legal compliance- Respond to daily HR inquiries related to benefits, timekeeping, policies, and employee relations, while maintaining confidentiality- Serve as a liaison between HR and operations, supporting performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and employee coaching- Create and implement safety protocols, incident tracking, and emergency action plans to ensure workplace compliance and readiness- Coordinate weekly operational meetings to align HR functions with time tracking, reporting, and staffing needs- Manage HR communications and digital presence, including LinkedIn page creation and ongoing updates to support recruitment efforts.
