My focus is on helping small-scale food entrepreneurs in the Fresno/Merced region, particularly in value-added and locally sourced foods. I lead studies on consumer preferences, trends like organic and plant-based options, and conduct sensory testing to evaluate food quality. I provide consumer insights to assist food producers in creating products that appeal to customers, offering tools for engagement and resources to promote innovation and market success.
