I lead the operational systems that keep one of the Bay Area’s largest high school athletics programs running — supporting 75+ teams across 30+ sports while directly contributing to athlete development, coaching, and program culture.I serve as the operational backbone of SI Athletics, overseeing game day execution, staffing, facilities coordination, uniforms, strength & conditioning, and JV volleyball — while providing frontline support to coaches and athletes to ensure a consistent, high-quality student experience.Responsibilities & Impact• Lead home game operations, including run-of-show planning, staffing coordination, and real-time event management• Coordinate officials, table crews, announcers, and game staff for all home competitions• Serve as on-site operations lead, resolving facilities, staffing, and equipment challenges in real time• Support facility scheduling and space coordination (Espace)• Manage uniform inventory and provide emergency game-day support for athletes (forgotten/lost/incorrect gear)• Act as customer service point for coach gear and equipment needs• Design and implement strength & conditioning programming for multiple teams• Head JV Volleyball Coach and assistant program coordinator• Sport supervisor for Tennis, Volleyball, and Dance & Drill• Intramurals coordinator supporting broad student engagement• Mentor student workers and advocate for athlete wellbeing in high-pressure environmentsOutcomes: Smooth game execution, reliable staffing, supported coaches, prepared athletes, stable facilities, and a strong development pipeline.
