   Some opportunities emerge as a natural evolution of your path, while others call to you from a place much further away. After running my own successful life insurance brokerage for over 15 years, I realized that I had a deeper calling. Many of my clients, primarily executives and CEOs, had suggested that I look into coaching and facilitation opportunities at Vistage.\\\\n\\\\nThrough several associates, I heard a story about a local Vistage group where one of the members had passed away. In order to support his family, the group members helped his wife run his company until it could be sold. Being a veteran and understanding the intense shared experiences that are formed among a group that is truly bonded, I recognized how special an opportunity such as this could be.\\\\n\\\\nI formed my first Vistage Peer Advisory Group for business owners and CEOs in 2007 and have uncovered the most rewarding work of my entire career. The Vistage experience is twofold - through the group, we share, listen, ask questions, collaborate, and identify solutions. Through one-to-one coaching, I dig deeper with each of my members to explore the elements of their personal and professional lives that are holding them back.\\\\n\\\\nVistage provides leaders who are otherwise isolated with a meaningful resource for growth and connection. As with the deeply bonded group that I heard about years ago, I am focused on facilitating that same cohesion among my group members. I believe that when people give up their individual agenda for the good of others, they discover the true essence of leadership.\\\\n\\\\nVistage is the world\'s largest CEO organization.
