As the Lead Enablement Manager at Tekion, I build consultative relationships with clients in the automotive industry and manage implementation projects for our innovative software solutions. I lead a team of enablement specialists who train internal teams and external partners to drive usage, adoption, and understanding of our products. I also partner with the Product team to provide critical feedback and insights for proactive product and feature enhancements. I have a Master\'s degree in Legal Studies from The Santa Barbara & Ventura Colleges of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. I have over four years of experience in software implementation, customer success, project management, and process improvement. I am currently pursuing the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification to further my skills and knowledge in this field. My goal is to empower clients by providing appropriate solutions, effectively training them, and optimizing processes and workflows for continued satisfaction. I enjoy engaging with stakeholders, facilitating collaboration, navigating challenges, and seeking opportunities for growth and innovation.
