Tracking and managing incoming payments, ensuring they are received and processed promptly.Reporting: Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports, providing insights and recommendations to management on collection status and account aging.Customer Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers regarding their accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving disputes promptly.
