I come with over 14 years of experience in customer service, operations, Order and vendor management and sales within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, I work as a Manager – Customer Service & Operations at United Pharmacy Network, where I lead a team overseeing the day-to-day activities and customer service functions, I manage vendor portfolios like Cardinal/Kinray, and drive strategic process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Before this, I was with Rising Pharmaceuticals, where I was promoted from a Customer Service Specialist to Deputy Manager. I led end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations,and handle order intake through various channels like SAP and EDI, handled pricing and contracts, and served as a single point of contact for stakeholders.here I streamlined and closely monitored the claims & dispute process and ensured a speedy investigating and resolving them with cross-functional collaboration. Earlier in my career, I held various sales leadership roles at Akron Generics, Presc ription Supply Inc, and Gensource Rx, where I developed growth strategies, managed large teams, and built long-term relationships with key accounts. That background in sales helps me bring a customer-first mindset to operations and service delivery. Across all roles, I’ve consistently grown and focused on aligning operational excellence with business goals, whether it’s through technology enhancements, team development, or customer engagement.
