ABOUT GAVIN ACQUROFF
I am a full stack developer obsessed with client communication, workflow automation, application security, and beautiful design. I have always sought out challenging new experiences to push myself to keep growing as an engineer and a human being. Between high school and university, I learned the value of community while living in Malawi and volunteering at a local NGO. I enrolled in an electrical engineering degree program at UBC to peer into the circuitry of our modern world. During my degree, I tried my hand at multiple engineering design teams in search of my passion. After graduating, with only a few programming courses under my belt, I was hired as a firmware engineer to build cutting edge IoT devices. After 2 years, I felt the itch to grow once more, and I enrolled in a web development bootcamp to understand how to build the apps that enrich our lives. As a web developer, I\'m happy to say, the challenges are endless and rewarding, and I\'m only just getting started.
