I work in People Operations at an early-stage startup, focused on building the systems that support employees after they’re hired. I started in Executive Operations, where I owned finance operations and payroll before stepping into People Operations as the company scaled. I now lead the development of our internal people infrastructure, including HR systems, onboarding, employee experience, and core processes that support a growing team. My focus is on building clear, scalable systems that improve organizational health, support strong managers, and make companies easier to run as they grow. I’m particularly interested in helping early-stage companies build thoughtful, high-functioning teams from the ground up.
