ABOUT GABRIELA VALERA QÜENZA

Gabriela is a Health Care leader aligned with Deloitte’s Analytics and Cognitive offering. She specializes in leading cross-functional Analytics and Digital Transformation initiatives for large organizations, including stand-up of enterprise-wide Analytics strategies and delivery of solutions throughout different phases of the lifecycle from discovery to implementation.Gabriela led design and stand-up of a best-in-class Automation Citizen Developer program for a large healthcare organization, including launch of a Pilot across 6 high-potential business areas, definition of an optimal operating model to accelerate automation adoption and maximize return, and design of a governance structure and risk framework to mitigate risks associated with democratization of automation. In addition, Gabriela worked with client stakeholders to outline a roadmap of activities to scale the program across the enterprise.Led the design and implementation of a federated Analytics and Automation COE model for a large American bank, including recommendations to adopt a scaled Pod delivery structure, design of governance, definition of a chargeback model for strategic partners, and development of an automation playbook, with required tools and artifacts to support the automation lifecycle.Conducted automation assessments for 8 major clients within Health Care and Technology, leading 20+ cross-functional workshops with business and technology leaders, identifying and qualifying 140+ candidates for automation, and prioritizing based on value and complexity for implementation, and analyzed 740 processes for a top 10 Fortune 500 e-commerce company to assess potential value and complexity for implementation, build a comprehensive business case, and prioritize 78 processes for implementation within 2 years.Gabriela holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering and an MBA from Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
