   As the Director of the Data Operations team, I manage a team of analysts working across a collection of core data sets that support TrueCar\'s products and experiences-Vehicle data enables a lot of our consumer experiences like vehicle configuration, marketplace, research & rankings pages, and much more-Inventory data sourced from our dealership network, with vehicle attributes, pricing, and images power our consumer experience, either matching their configured vehicle to inventory in their area or available to ship to them-Sales data from our dealer network powers our attribution platform, supporting billing, revenue generation, client performance tracking, and a variety of internal reporting needs. Our team also monitors our attribution pipeline and process for issues-Transaction data from our dealer network allows us to provide consumers with critical market context and insights so they can better understand whether a price on a vehicle is fair.Across all of these data sets, our team functions as subject matter experts to guide new data uses, product design, technical implementation, issue resolution and more. We also manage 3rd party vendors that collect and supply a lot of this data. We\'re responsible for ensuring the data is being received in a timely manner and meets our standards.With these data sets powering so much of TrueCar\'s products, we work with a wide array of internal stakeholders on a regular basis, from product to technology to accounting to client facing teams, and everything in between.I take pride in helping the members of my team find continuous growth in their roles, trusting them to take on new responsibilities and projects as they come along. I see fostering development and unblocking my team as my primary responsibilities, and they are what I enjoy most in the role.
