About Gabriel Todaro
I have always been drawn to mobility and flexibility. When smartphones became the “next big thing”, I knew I would somehow work with them. Although I initially pursued a college major unrelated to this field, it helped me realize what I truly wanted to do: make people’s lives easier, simpler, and more engaging.In the early 2010s, I had the privilege of learning from a relative who owned a software house in my hometown. They taught me how to “think differently,” which opened incredible doors for me. After that, I shifted my routine from gaming to learning and coding. I started with Android development (using Java at the time) and later transitioned to iOS development (with Objective-C). This change significantly impacted both my professional and personal life. After a failed startup attempt, I was fortunate to land an amazing opportunity at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Mobile Developer.Since then, I have worked for various startups and multinational companies. Most recently, I had the opportunity to work for an incredible U.S. startup whose mission aligns perfectly with mine: leveraging technology to create a meaningful impact on society by transforming complexity into simplicity.Currently, I am studying Artificial Intelligence with the goal of specializing in Computer Vision. I believe that the next “big thing” in our world will be spatial computing, alongside advancements in artificial intelligence as a whole.
