Named after the fin which stabilizes a boat, KDC provides finance capacity and technical assistance to people working together to build, preserve, or support affordable housing. What makes me unique among other sole proprietor consultants is that my 19 years of experience are both broad and narrow at the same time. Broad in the sense that I have worked on projects from many different angles. I\'ve provided construction loans & borrowed them, applied to HCD & helped create new programs, represented cities & sat across from them, facilitated LIHTC investments & project-managed LIHTC projects, analyzed sites & created pipelines, written RFPs & responded to them, created Excel-based funding applications & scored them, and I\'ve both created high-level housing development programs & been the developer to help bring them to fruition. Phew! Haha. It\'s narrow in the sense that it\'s all been within affordable housing finance and development. My passion and \"highest & best use!\"
