Gabriel is the Founder of Traction Keys and Co-Founder of White Pipe. Prior to this, he was the Americas and EMEA SVP of Sales at UiPath for 6+ years. Gabriel joined UiPath in early 2016, when the company was doing around 1M ARR, opened new markets from EMEA and then Americas, enjoyed a successful IPO while supporting and leading the teams to get closer to 1B ARR. He opened the first New York, California and then Texas offices ensuring the company reaches around 50M ARR in the region before moving to a strategic leadership role. Gabriel led, recruited and built, together with the Americas Managing Director, the Americas Sales, Strategy and then Key Account Programs of UiPath between February 2017 and September 2020. During those years he also trained, in person, global sales teams from Japan, India, EMEA and Americas. Starting with September 2020 and until May 2022, Gabriel moved back \"home\" to Europe and led Strategy and Key Accounts in EMEA for UiPath - a team of over 50 sellers, RVPs, industry experts and consultants. Under his leadership, the Key Accounts in EMEA grew by 250%+ Year-over-Year. Gabriel is also an avid investor in start-ups and businesses, starting a few of his own with 4 successful ones (dance school - 2008 exit, local restaurant - exit 2021, consulting business - exit 2021, real estate development - initial exit in 2013, restarted in 2021).
