Participated directly in the implementation of a methodology adapted from SCRUM, where I am responsible for the follow-up and sign off of the sprint work.\\\\nProvide support for processes follow up and consulting.\\\\nSuccess means things are done and delivered in a good way and on time, but making sure the next time will be even better (continuous improvement). It gives a control mechanism and tools to the organization.\\\\nThese are some of the tasks I`m doing for the team:\\\\n- Process Manager on all the team structure and developments\\\\n- Product Owner of several Proyects\\\\n- Definition and implementation of QA working framework\\\\n- Tickets follow up (User Stories and bugs)\\\\n- Process control, and definition when possible\\\\n- QA team management and organization\\\\n- Sprint follow up and organization from the QA side\\\\n- Definition and documentation of QA data and statistics\\\\n- Accountability on release delivery\\\\nPartial PM role:\\\\n- Follow up on Projects release delivery;\\\\n- Metrics definition & implementation;\\\\n- Define initial metrics and gather information for them.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
