About Gabriel McGaughey
I work to help those who are constructively dissatisfied and communities build systems that support families overloaded by stress. Through strategic learning, storytelling, and analytics I support change makers in shifting policies, practices, and mindsets. At the ICFW, I lead our systems change strategy. I partner with networks, public agencies, and community organizations to:Build prevention infrastructure that reflects lived experienceAlign evaluation with learning, not just reportingStrengthen cross-sector efforts through coaching, facilitation, and data strategyMuch of this work happens behind the scenes, helping people make sense of complexity and stay focused on what matters. Whether we are reframing neglect, designing better decision-making structures, or embedding learning into daily practice, the goal stays the same: families should have what they need before things fall apart. If you\'re working on community prevention, network building, or systems change and want a thought partner who works at the intersection of strategy and practice, reach out.
