   Accountable for the strategic planning and execution of the Global Culture & Inclusion program to ensure a diverse workforce, enhance team member satisfaction, enable business results and provide competitive advantage. In collaboration with the CEO, Chief Human Resource Officer, Board of Directors, and other Senior Leaders, responsible for developing and implementing strategies, programs and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment where all team members feel safe, supported and valued: • Promote and reinforce the importance of inclusive and empathetic leadership, acting as the organization\'s conscience by exemplifying and upholding the Terex Way values, ensuring that inclusion is integrated into the company\'s overall strategy. Collaborate with Human Resources to embed inclusive practices across recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.• Develop and implement initiatives to measure and improve employee’s feeling of safety, support and value, including the formation and growth of Affinity Groups, Mentorship Programs, Recognition Programs and company-wide developmental webinars. Advocate for well-being, psychological safety, and mental health for team members. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and cultural impact metrics to assess the impact of inclusion initiatives. Hold leaders accountable for progress. • Conduct cultural audits, refine culture and inclusion business roadmaps, and consult with sites to address areas for improvement. Work with leaders to create action plans that drive substantial, lasting change. • Develop and deliver global inclusion training, including training on Psychological Safety, Cultural Competency, Mitigating Bias and Inclusive Leadership. • Lead cultural due diligence and integration for acquisitions, ensuring alignment with Terex’s cultural principles.
