ABOUT GABRIELLE SAW

I’m a Talent Acquisition leader who believes recruitment is about more than filling roles. It’s about opening doors, shaping culture, and giving people the chance to thrive. Over the past 14+ years I’ve built and led recruitment strategies across global agencies, tech scale-ups, and my own consultancy, always with people and purpose at the centre. At Octagon and R & CPMK I’ve led hiring across Europe in fast-moving sport, entertainment and culture environments — from executive and specialist hires to building early careers programmes that put diversity at their heart. I’ve designed onboarding frameworks, reduced spend dramatically by moving to smarter strategies, and created recruitment hubs and workshops that left lasting impact on both candidates and managers. In earlier roles, I’ve scaled recruitment from scratch, built employee experience functions, supported creative agencies through growth, and advised organisations on diversity and inclusion. What ties it all together is my passion for creating opportunities, building communities, and making recruitment human. What makes me tick? Seeing someone step into a role that changes their trajectory. Watching talent I’ve championed flourish years down the line. Partnering with leaders to design hiring practices that are fairer, braver, and more inclusive. I’m at my best in environments where creativity meets strategy, and where people are the heartbeat of growth.
