Results-driven HR and talent operations professional with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, and hands-on experience across full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and client account management. I bring a well-rounded background supporting both high-volume hiring environments and strategic workforce initiatives. My career has given me the opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes - from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers, conducting background checks, and onboarding new hires. I’ve supported hiring across warehouse, CDL driver, and student employment populations, ensuring compliance and a smooth candidate experience at every stage. In addition to recruiting, I have experience in benefits coordination, serving as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, managing open enrollment, and maintaining accurate records in HRIS systems. I’m also skilled in client-facing roles, where I’ve partnered with MSP programs and hiring managers to launch requisitions, coordinate interviews across time zones, and ensure timely onboarding and communication. I thrive in fast-paced environments where organization, attention to detail, and clear communication are key. My goal is to continue growing in HR and talent operations while contributing to efficient hiring processes and positive employee experiences.
