This role involves developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards, thereby minimizing risk and ensuring the integrity and security of Kyndryl\'s operations globally.**Key Responsibilities:**1.**ISO Compliance:**- Develop and maintain compliance programs to meet ISO standards, including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and other relevant ISO certifications- Coordinate with internal teams to implement necessary controls and processes.2.**PCI DSS Compliance:**- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance program- Ensure that all payment card processing activities are secure and comply with PCI DSS requirements.3.**NIS2 Compliance:**- Ensure compliance with the Network and Information Security Directive (NIS2) by implementing appropriate security measures and incident response plans- Monitor and report on compliance status to relevant stakeholders and regulatory bodies.4.**DORA Compliance:**- Develop and implement compliance programs to meet the requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)- Ensure that Kyndryl\'s digital operational resilience is maintained through robust risk management and incident response practices.5.**General Compliance Duties:**- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards, and ensure that Kyndryl\'s compliance programs are updated accordingly- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance management- Prepare and present regular reports on compliance status to senior management and regulatory bodies.
