Dr. Gabby earned her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco, specializing in women’s health and hormones. She is also a licensed acupuncturist in California and works integratively with practitioners to support women through every phase of their hormonal journey, from puberty and fertility to perimenopause and beyond. With a deep belief in food as medicine and a holistic approach to healing, Dr. Gabby’s career has spanned the intersection of food innovation, plant-based medicine, community building, and women’s wellness. Her own hormonal challenges are what inspired her path. After being put on hormonal birth control at a young age to manage painful cramps and fainting, she spent years masking symptoms rather than addressing the root cause.
