   Achievements positively impacting the bottom line, including (but not limited to):1. Created all new financial reporting and budgeting for the Board, Auditors, Committees and Department Heads.2. Properly budgeted year coming close over all to target revenue and expenses while reducing expense in many areas by thinking creatively and outside the box.3. First year savings to company of over including a savings of in property insurance. When many historic properties were driven out of the insurance market, I found a creative solution creating the savings of over in interest earnings by moving cash around and searching for best earning opportunities. Fought hard for board decisions not to eliminate all of a certain division of business thus keeping earnings.5. Asked by CEO to take over all retail operations after 3 months and running it after Director-level position was eliminated. Renegotiated merchants contracts. Found better and cheaper company wide phone systems. Found better administrator of 403b plan. Savings of IT and filtered jobs to IT contractor but troubled shot many problems before consultants brought in.
