As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I bring over seven years of experience in collegiate hospitality and nutrition management. In my role as Regional Dietitian at Aramark, I specialize in nutrition, menu transparency, and student engagement, collaborating with teams to promote healthier lifestyles on campus. My approach combines evidence-based practices with a deep commitment to compassion and collaboration, empowering individuals and communities to adopt sustainable, nourishing habits.My role as Chair for the Aramark Nourish Employee Resource Group (ERG), allows me to foster a culture of connection, inclusion, and well-being through strategic initiatives, impactful programming, and partnerships.

They know me as a dietitian ready to share the nutritional benefit of what is being cooked, in a 90\'s style kitchen, using kitchen utensils that have been passed down from generations before her.
