ABOUT GABRIELLE HENRICHS
I am a dedicated agricultural professional driven by a deep passion for sustainable food systems, grower success, and science-based innovation. With a background rooted in plant sciences and specializations in agronomy, international agriculture, and horticulture, I’ve built a career focused on bridging the gap between research, sustainability, and real-world farm application. In my current role as Sustainability Program Lead at Farmers Business Network, I work directly with over 400 farmers nationwide to implement sustainability programs that incentivize conservation practices. My work involves gathering critical on-farm data—from nutrient management to tillage and cover cropping—to support climate-smart agriculture and advance transparent, impactful reporting at a national scale.Previously at GROWMARK FS, I led biological soil amendment trials, supported agronomic research, and developed educational content for growers. I also played a key role in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and delivering insights through presentations across the Northeast.Beyond domestic work, I’ve contributed to global agricultural development efforts—ranging from solar-powered irrigation research in rural Nepal to plant breeding efforts with Corteva. My experiences have fueled a lifelong commitment to responsible agriculture, environmental stewardship, and empowering the next generation of growers.I hold an MBA in Marketing from Louisiana State University and a B.S. in Plant Sciences from Penn State University, along with a certificate in Turf Management from the University of Massachusetts.I’m always eager to connect with professionals, organizations, and producers who share a vision for a more sustainable and resilient agricultural future.
