   I run this 501(c)(3) nonprofit to benefit people with disabilities including combat-wounded veterans, though I serve anyone by teaching life saving courses including CPR, First Aid, O2 Administration, Hazardous Marine Life, Rescue Diver, and more. I also provide SCUBA instruction to all individuals aged 12 and up. I am an extremely active instructor who teaches and volunteers all over the world including at Rotary Youth Camp, Florida Disabled Outdoors Association\'s Sportsability, with Dive Pirates Foundation, Veterans Ocean Administration, and more! I\'ve been to 88 countries, most of which I\'ve dived, and SCUBA diving helps improve leadership skills, provide physical rehabilitation, increase circulation, get people out of their comfort zones, build self-confidence, increase communication skills, improve emotional intelligence, build problem solving skills, and more!I hold course director certifications with SCUBA Educators International - SEI (formerly YMCA), instructor certification with CMAS (Confédération Mondiale des Activités Subaquatiques), and instructor certifications with HSA (Handicapped SCUBA Association) and Diver\'s Alert Network where I teach CPR, First Aid, O2 Administration, Hazardous Marine Life, and more for SCUBA divers and for the non-diving public. I have many other certifications including rescue diver, divemaster, advanced nitrox, scientific diver, and cavern.In February 2024, I also was selected to be the regional manager for the southeastern United States for Scuba Educators International. I represent Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Arkansas, Louisiana, and much of Florida.
