About Gabrielle Bliss
I graduated Cum Laude in May 2017 from The Eller College of Management and the University of Arizona Honors College with a dual degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. During my two marketing internships at Roche Ventana Medical Systems, I developed a solid understanding of different theories and analytical approaches to successfully operating a marketing program. While working in the Primary Staining department, I collaborated with legal and regulatory departments to write content for global marketing materials in preparation for the launch of the Ventana HE 600 system. To assist the Advanced Staining department, I compiled detection and platform data on specific antibodies and probes, and I created an efficient Excel system for compiling customer configurations and requirements for use with a new Roche Ventana Medical Systems software system. This time-saving system will expedite the data analytics process in order to evaluate future program needs and target markets. Two valuable university experiences that have shaped me into a strong, organizational leader include the highly regarded McGuire Entrepreneurship Program where I am acquiring a strong understanding of developing, operating and managing a business, and an Honors College study abroad trip to London and Paris, in which I earned 6 honors credits in civics, history and literature. These diverse endeavors have given me valuable insights and knowledge of what it takes to be an effective leader in any business environment. I am excited to begin my career this June 2017 in Raytheon\'s Contracts Leadership Development Program in Tucson, Arizona.
