Director of Operations & Programmes for the Taylor Bennett Foundation. Operating across Public Relations, Communications & Public Affairs, my core focus is designing and leading award-winning employability-centric programmes that deliver tangible impact and feed into our wider mission of diversifying the industry. This involves leading on our award-winning BME Reverse Mentoring Scheme, PR Training & Internship Programmes. Passionate about instructional learning design, my core competencies include programme and curriculum design, partnership management, strategy implementation and pastoral care. I have a strong understanding of charity operations, project management and working with a range of stakeholders across agencies, in-house comms teams and government.
