Gabrielle Diener, MEd, LGPC, NCC has always been driven towards the helping professions. Gabi is an energetic and compassionate mental health professional who is committed to providing high quality care to all of her clients and their families. By using a Cognitive Behavioral approach, Gabi strives to empower and educate clients using effective tools and strategies to provide the support needed to achieve emotional wellness. Providing a safe space is of upmost importance, and by establishing trusting and meaningful relationships, Gabi aims to make every client feel comfortable and at ease. Gabi also believes in using a Strengths-Based approach in order to help clients feel empowered and to help build their self-esteem. Gabi believes that collaboration is an imperative part of the therapeutic process, and she will happily work with all providers in order to support her clients’ needs. Gabi holds a Masters of Education in School Counseling, and enjoys assisting her clients with college and career planning.
