About Gabrielle Davis
Currently operating in an associate-level position advocating, researching, and understanding the relationship between building materials, human health, and environmental health. Biophilic design and its principles are the main influence in the work I create. My educational background consists of a BA in Environmental and Sustainability Studies, a BS in Community and Environmental Planning, as well as a certificate of undergraduate study in food systems planning. My prior experience as an undergraduate research assistant researching nuanced theories and practices around emotional geographies, food and health inequity, GSI, and a sustainability intern with a focus on sustainability standards in construction combined with my current role allows me to envision holistic, pragmatic solutions to the issues humanity faces in regard to the impact the built environment has on human health. I am currently in the process of studying for my LEED Green Associate examination in hopes of becoming LEED certified.
