Provide guidance and customer service for over employees globally, focusing on benefits, liability management, performance management assistance, policy interpretation, conduct New Hire Orientation and onboarding administration in partnership with HR business partners and talent acquisition • Own and refine pre-boarding processes including but not limited to sending background checks, ensuring the I-9 process is accurate and complete, organize I-9s and ensure compliance and other duties as assigned • Manage all ADP data entry and administration for the US and UK • Administer benefits and Open Enrollment for all US and UK employees • Responsible for full-service co-ownership of all People Ops Jira tickets and email/Slack inquiries/Zendesk ticketing system with a response within 24 hours, and ensuring a final resolution regardless of where it is ultimately directed • Act as an end-to-end subject matter expert in data entry, data accuracy, reporting and analytics, and HR Ops document organization • Enhance productivity and reduce liability through intentional communications and driving HR practices • Help identify any divisional or federal legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions, and helps ensure current policies, procedures, and associated actions are compliant • Support and consult with internal customers across various offices • Schedule, coordinate, and execute new hire onboarding and acts as a primary resource for employee self-service along with HR Business Partners • Lead global offer letter process for divisions under their support and manage new hire processing in HRIS system for the US, UK, and India • Act as a strategic thinker who starts with a conceptual idea or vision and then assists with the development of systems and processes that are executable, realistic, and results-oriented
